This policy explains what information Vindesh ("we", "us") collects when you use this website and our free tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.
Enquiry details. When you submit our quote or contact form, we collect the name, email, phone number, countries, trip purpose and any message you provide, so we can respond to your request.
Files you process with our tools. Our document and image tools (PDF compressor, merge, split, sign, JPG↔PDF, photo enhancer, background remover, etc.) run in your browser — your files are not uploaded for processing. However, a copy of the output you generate may be saved on our servers to operate, secure and improve the service. Please do not process documents you are not comfortable storing with us. You can ask us to delete any saved file (see "Your rights").
Usage analytics. We record anonymous page views to understand what's popular. This is cookie-free; IP addresses are one-way hashed daily and never stored in identifiable form. We cannot use this to identify you.
Technical data. Like most websites, our servers keep standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
We do not sell your personal information.
We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function (for example, an admin login session). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add advertising in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site — for example our hosting and content-delivery providers (such as Cloudflare and BunnyCDN) and, if enabled, an email delivery provider. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and our records. Files generated with our tools are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and are periodically deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR), you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
This site is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
